Ruthless includes standard content-use terms: eligible text you send through our chat or API, returned answers, media briefs, feedback and corrections are collected to evaluate and improve the service and prepare rights-cleared examples for future models. Raw content is retained for up to 90 days; reviewed eligible examples for up to 12 months. Your statutory privacy rights, including objection, remain.
Your account and this agreement
Ruthless AI is operated by Socialiser App Ltd. By continuing with Google or email on the sign-in page, you accept this version of our terms if you are creating a new Ruthless account. Existing accounts keep their existing agreements and data settings; signing in does not replace them. Existing account holders can explicitly accept these terms from the data panel, applying only to future requests. We record the version, its text fingerprint and when it was accepted.
Your content and our standard licence
You retain your rights in the content you submit. To the extent you have the necessary rights, you give Socialiser App Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and process eligible text you submit, the responses returned to you, and feedback or corrections, to evaluate, improve, develop and train our own AI models. This standard licence covers Ruthless website chat and requests made using your Ruthless API key in compatible apps. It does not cover activity sent directly to another provider or anything else in those apps.
What is eligible
Collection covers completed text conversations, text-file contents included in a conversation, media-generation text prompts and production briefs, visible tool actions, outcomes, feedback and corrections. Native image/video bytes, private system messages, hidden reasoning, account and payment records, and Google profile data are excluded from this collection. Reference metadata and technical usage are retained where needed to explain a result. Common credential patterns are removed, but this does not guarantee anonymisation. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to share for this purpose.
Collection and future models
Under this version, eligible future requests are collected as part of the service agreement. We rely on our legitimate interests in evaluating reliability and improving the service for this limited development record, with minimisation, access controls, a 90-day raw-content retention period and the right to object. Candidate training examples undergo separate privacy, ownership, supplier-permission and quality review; unknown rights do not qualify. Reviewed eligible examples expire after 12 months. No model trains automatically from a conversation. Harness improvements change prompts or skills, not model weights. This agreement does not authorise selling contributions or sharing a training dataset with third parties.
Your privacy rights remain
A content licence is distinct from the lawful basis for personal-data processing, and accepting these terms does not waive any statutory right. We do not claim that future model training is necessary to deliver your requested answers. You can object to development collection, export or delete contributions from the data panel without losing chat access. Applicable rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability remain available. New accounts include a standard content-use licence: eligible text you send through Ruthless chat or your Ruthless API key, responses, feedback and corrections may support evaluation and future training of our own models. Collection under this new agreement is not active yet. Your statutory privacy rights remain.

Collection under this new standard agreement is not active yet. Existing contribution settings continue to govern any previously enabled collection. Before activating collection under this agreement or using content to train a model, we must establish the applicable data-protection lawful basis, necessary safeguards and rights to use the content. No model learns automatically from a conversation. This agreement does not authorise selling contributions or sharing a training dataset with third parties.
Your privacy rights remain
A content licence is not consent to personal-data processing under the UK GDPR, and accepting these terms does not waive any statutory right. We do not claim that future model training is necessary to deliver your requested answers. Applicable rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability remain available. You can manage existing contributions in the workspace and contact simeon@socialiser.app about privacy or content rights. Read the privacy notice for current processing details. Any future collection must be explained before it starts.
